SLOC Supervisor are accountable to the overall reliability and accuracy of the SLOC versus SAP thru organized, orderly and consistent implementation of policies and procedures of inventory management system in the store. Train and supervise SLOC Master ensuring all task are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinates with Merchandising Manager, Department Manager, ALC Auditors, Forklift operators and GR personnel in order to minimize loss of sale due to SLOC inaccuracy and maximize efficiency.
SLOC Supervisor reports directly to ALC Manager and Store Manager
- Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy of inventory records at Storage location (SLOC) versus SAP System
Ensure to update the completeness and correct details of Pallet tag or Bin Tag
Conduct Storage Location Audit of articles per Aisle assignment and compare results to system-generated reports.
Monitors timely records of real time transfer posting (TP) of items from SLOC to another SLOC.
Monitors and check ECOMM fill rate reports/concerns.
Assist ECOMM Personnel on the items with NO DISPLAY but with SAP Inventory.
Investigate SLOC vs SAP discrepancies and report immediately to ALC Manager.
Handle and safekeep the forklift keys
Assist/Support the ALC in organizing physically the SLOC/overstocks.
Ensure that SLOC Master is always available for operations.
Audit the Merchandising replenishment report daily.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
