Inventory Officer

Inventory Officer is the one who oversees inventory levels of all stocks in the warehouse. They are responsible for ensuring that all stocks are accounted by making sure inbound and outbound activities are being monitored and provide accurate reports to the finance and supply chain team to make sure that there will always be enough stocks to be delivered to TH Stores. He/ She is very familiar with warehouse and logistics operations to get the most efficient output from the 3PL partner.

• Primary Responsibilities

Inventory Monitoring and Analysis: These duties are related to the inventory physical movement and in the ERP system of the company to assure all warehouse movements of stocks are being recorded by means of documentation and thru reports. A comprehensive analysis of inventory report should be provided with full accuracy which should mirror the one provided by the 3PL to be reconciled timely.

• Warehouse and Logistics Audit (3PL):

This is to oversee the warehouse operation (inbound and outbound) and to validate all reports and billings from the 3PL are accurate. The person should also make sure that all reports are submitted on time and all billings to TH is based on the contract agreement rates and other valid charges.

• Product Integrity Assurance: This focuses on the products inside the warehouse are all in good condition and within the parameters set by the R&D and QA team. This includes the segregation and proper disposal of obsolete, expired, and non-moving items to maximize the the pallet position and minimize unwanted pallet charges.

• Work Experience

3-5 years of inventory, warehouse, and logistics experience, preferably within an FMCG, QSR or manufacturing environment

• Background in inventory and warehouse

• Educational Attainment

• Educational background in Engineering, Business Commerce, Economics or Finance

• Inventory and Warehouse Management

Able to prepare, create, review and analyze inventory data

• Able to Master inventory analysis

Able to manage 3PL and familiar with warehouse and logistics operations

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the components of inventory and warehouse functions.

Computer literate (Microsoft office and advanced Excel skills)

• In depth experienced with Inventory ERP or order management system.
