Inventory Management Assistant is responsible for keeping inventory operation smooth and efficient in the outlet, warehouse, receiving warehouse department and front-end sales floor in a retail outlet environment such as the Area Managers, Regional Managers and Promoter Staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor Validated and Non- validated delivery transaction.
- Monitor Approved and not approved Pull out transaction.
- Performs routine clerical, which includes data entry, accommodating staff inventory concern and reconcile in any variance.
- Inventory Discrepancy every month and submission of reports.
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources like DR receipt, pull out letter and inventory system to identify root causes and provide possible solutions.
- Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedure in an effort to proactively optimize over all location and items level accuracy.
- Issuing of memorandum or reports in any violation with concerns about Inventory and sales.
> Graduate of Business Management or any Related Course
