Job Description

Inventory Management Assistant is responsible for keeping inventory operation smooth and efficient in the outlet, warehouse, receiving warehouse department and front-end sales floor in a retail outlet environment such as the Area Managers, Regional Managers and Promoter Staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Validated and Non- validated delivery transaction.

  • Monitor Approved and not approved Pull out transaction.

  • Performs routine clerical, which includes data entry, accommodating staff inventory concern and reconcile in any variance.

  • Inventory Discrepancy every month and submission of reports.

  • Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources like DR receipt, pull out letter and inventory system to identify root causes and provide possible solutions.

  • Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedure in an effort to proactively optimize over all location and items level accuracy.

  • Issuing of memorandum or reports in any violation with concerns about Inventory and sales.

    > Graduate of Business Management or any Related Course

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Schedule:

    * 8 hour shift
