Job Description

JOB POSITION: INVENTORY & INVOICING STAFF
  • JOB OBJECTIVE: Inventory and Invoicing Staff assist the Accounting Department with inventory assurance of the loading of products and ensuring invoices are made accordingly.

We are looking for an organized, efficient Inventory and Invoicing Staff with an eye for detail and a high accuracy. He is expected to handle communications with internal departments, and assist with inventory, database, and record maintenance. He should be professional and courteous with strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.

To succeed as an Inventory and Invoicing Staff, you should be a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills. Candidates should understand and abide by all accounting procedures and principles and have a commitment to behaving ethically in the workplace.
  • INVENTORY and INVOICING STAFF Responsibilities:

Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and responding appropriately to internal requests.

Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.

Recording information, processing, and filing forms.

Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.

Prepare an invoice and customer return reports

Ensuring Inventory count assurance

Timely recording and preparation of Delivery Receipts and CRR.
  • INVENTORY and INVOICING STAFF Requirements:

Business Related courses like BS Accountancy, Management and alike

Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.

Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.

High level of accuracy and efficiency.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.

Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php21,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:


CPA (Preferred)
