QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor- With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in inventory control management, fixed asset, audit, accounting and finance
Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge on SAP-FICO, MM module operation
Willing to work during holidays and weekends when needed- Willing to render overtime when necessary
Maintain inventory items and perform inventory analysis.- Monitor slow moving, expiring or expired inventory.
Analyze data and statistics to make process improvements.
- Track the inventory characteristics, types and movements through software.
Audit processes and inventory to track performance.- Strategize to reduce cost and optimize control procedures.
Report findings, reports and data to the management.
- Perform analysis to predict potential inventory issues.
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.- Strategize inventory volumes.
Track stock levels, responding to demand and identifying ways to make sure the right items are available.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments.
Perform reconciliation on inventory reports and counts, draw conclusions and make recommendations.- Maintain record and monitor company's fixed asset.
Do fixed asset count, perform reconciliation and make appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate inventory matters with internal departments.
Handle general accounting functions.
