Job Description
- Issue inventory documents such as Loaner Forms and Sales Invoices through Quickbooks
Encode stocks every delivery- Monitor level of inventory and alert managers to replenish stocks
Avoid any error that might arise with issuance of forms and invoices
- Prepare and generate monthly inventory reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in using Quickbooks is preferred
College level of any business or computer-related courses- With or without work experience
With good computer skills
Friendly and hard-working disposition
