Responsible in monitoring, receiving and issuance of all materials needed by batching plant in order to ensure the smooth flow of operations.- Checks, receives, coordinates and monitors all materials and other supplies delivered and issued to the plant in order to ensure quality of delivered materials and maintain an adequate supply.
Performs physical inventory and submission of Inventory Report to his immediate superior and Accounting Department for proper reconciliation of company assets.
- Processes Warehouse Requisition Form and submits documents to the Head Office for SAP approval.
Processes Receiving Report thru Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) in SAP in order to process payment to suppliers
Job qualifications:
- Graduate of any Four (4) year course
One (1) year working experience in the same field
- Amenable to work in Apalit, Pampanga project site
