The
Inventory Coordinator will be primarily responsible in ensuring the availability and accessibility of inventory stocks and in checking the accuracy of inventory systems through checking production reports and delivery transactions.
Ensures the availability of stocks and location of finished goods (FG) rebar & monitoring of FG movement
- Issues tags for loose bundles without tags. Coordinates hustling or transfer of finished goods for cutting and replenishment
Monitors integrity of inventory report through Scrap Delivery Inspection Slip (SDIS)- Prepares daily Inventory Management Group reports, Including the generation of all documents needed for Internal hustling, back loaded rebar and re-cutting processes
Prepares daily discrepancy reports for adjustments on Inventory. Secures documents during receiving of transfer from other plant
- Prepares adjustment report for discrepancies of production
Coordinates sorting and segregation activities with warehouse supervisor.- Ensures responsible sorting of rebar (reject, holds and sampling)
Ensures the monitoring of manpower and operation of Inventory group
- Monitors the activities of inventory Assistant and Barcode Encoder.
Prepares daily Integrated Management Group Report and Inventory Movement Report- Checks spot checking and FGRR (back-loaded rebar) internal hustling and monthly FD Inventory Movement Report
Provide assistance in performing Year-End Count Inventory and Reconciliation of Result
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree preferably in Business
- At least 1-2 years of related work experience
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule- Must be willing to work at Valenzuela City
