MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBResponsible for all inventory control related activities.
Executes inventory control measures to ensure inventory accuracy at all time.
- Conducts actual physical count and inventory reconciliation
Provides the necessary inventory count reports as per schedule- FG Pallet in Stock Report
Action Stocks
- Slow-non-moving and Expired Stock
Damaged Stock Report- Coordinate and execute inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
Coordinate the cycle count results and provide regular reports to identify action plans
- Maintain and keep updated inventory records.
Prepare and process adjustments for inventory (MCS)
- Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure that they are accurate and timely.
Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved. Identify root cause and supply possible solutions.- Conducts daily audit of system transactions to validate completeness and accuracy and validate with actual/physical movement of stocks. Check if actual picking in the warehouse matches the pick plan.
Validates system stock movements and stock adjustments.
- Conducts Inventory system health checks and system inventory clean-up, ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system (JDE/MES).
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related Supply Chain Course
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Distribution Center or Warehouse Environment.
- With strong background in Warehouse and Inventory management
Experienced ERP user preferably JDE and MES
