Job Description
Functions
Oversees and tracks accuracy of the inventory flow (1) incoming, (2) returns: the bad stocks (expired, damaged, spoilage) and the good stocks (3) disposal (4) cycle counts.
Reviews the inventory in the system in terms of the conversion, packing, unit of measurement, double entry of items, and documentation of adjustments.
Creates the letter on inventory adjustment for variances in the actual vs. stock card vs. system, then troubleshoots quantity discrepancies.
Ensures the real time updating of entry of inventories in the system.
Generates an inventory report daily/weekly, and monthly for financial inventory reports.
Investigates and corrects inventory discrepancies.
Monitors the movement of inventory.
Counter checks assembly order before posting the inventories in the system from suppliers, returns and repacked items.
Checks weekly the physical inventory to the stock card and to the system.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any course, but Accounting or any related business course is preferred
2 years inventory management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good organizational, mathematical, analytical and planning skills
Knowledge/Experience in ERP System is an advantage.
