I. JOB SUMMARY- Inventory Clerk is responsible for assuring all supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with proper and prudent practices.
- II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiles and maintains records of equipment and supplies stocked in establishment.
- Compares inventories to office records.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Prepares reports such as Finish Goods Inventory, Sales report, etc.
- Responsible for shipment of outgoing supplies
- III. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related course
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Other related skills: Clerical Skills, Analytical Skills, Statistical Skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, and Compute Literate
