Job Description

I. JOB SUMMARY
  • Inventory Clerk is responsible for assuring all supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with proper and prudent practices.
  • II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compiles and maintains records of equipment and supplies stocked in establishment.

  • Compares inventories to office records.

  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and reports reasons for discrepancies.

  • Prepares reports such as Finish Goods Inventory, Sales report, etc.

  • Responsible for shipment of outgoing supplies
  • III. QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related course

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Other related skills: Clerical Skills, Analytical Skills, Statistical Skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, and Compute Literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php610.00 per day

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Inventory Clerk: 1 year (Required)
