Preferably College Graduate of related course
- EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years inventory management experience in optical or retail
Relevant work experience from a reputable company that caters markets of class A, B and/or upper C (for proper handling of products)- Has good communication skills (oral and written)
Has good Mathematical and analytical skills
- Has good Interpersonal Skills - can relate and deal with any type of personality
Has critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Excellent in operating the computer and its applications (Microsoft 360)
Can work under minimal supervision and can relate with all levels of the organization
- Is very keen on details and organized
Physical Strength and stamina (Agile)
Administers cycle count at least twice a day- Ensures all products and items are accounted for (in display, in stock room)
Reports any discrepancies to immediate superior for investigation and closure
- Timely receives product deliveries in the system.
Thoroughly conducts Quality Checking of products- Maintains a clean and organized stock room
Ensures all orders for pick up are properly placed in the pigeon hole and secured in no other area in practice
- Accurate encoding of items in the system
Follows standard operating procedures on cycle counting and processing of indents- Able to process and analyse discrepancy based on history of movement of product
Promptly deals with inventory discrepancies
- Timely orders at Visustore / Suppliers
Accurately orders at Visustore / Suppliers- Follows up orders to be delivered as committed
Timely compliance of reports required by a particular department
