Job Title: Inventory and Procurement Assistant
- Location: Quick Relief Pharmacy - Head Office ( San Miguel, Pasig City)
- Job Summary: The Inventory and Procurement Assistant is responsible for managing the ordering, inventory, and organization of pharmacy supplies. This role includes communicating with suppliers, preparing and monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the accurate display and documentation of delivered items. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in basic computer skills.
_Supplier Communication:
_- Order medicines and other necessary items from suppliers via telephone.
Handle the return of items to suppliers as needed.

Stock Preparation and Monitoring:_
- Prepare orders for pharmacy stores.
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply.- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
Display newly delivered stock in the designated areas.

Expiry Monitoring:_
- Monitor the expiry dates of stocks and ensure timely action to manage expiring items.
Documentation and Organization:- Prepare and organize documents related to orders and inventory.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for all documentation.

Computer Skills:_
- Use computer systems to track inventory, place orders, and manage records.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration, inventory management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication skills, particularly for telephone communication with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Familiarity with stock management and inventory control processes.- Ability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday and occasionally perform fieldwork as required.
