Job Qualifications:- Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Retail, Engineering, Economics, etc.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in inventory management.- Ability to ensure smooth product supply and healthy inventory count.
Systematic and organized; can produce concise reports.
- Adept in ERPs especially SAP, data management, and analysis.
- Prepare and recommendsmerchandisemix and allocation up to store level.
Review and approve requests for replenishment if thereareno more allocationat channel level.
- Recommend procurement strategies to each Category Managers based on historical and forecasted sales and inventory trends.
Ensure that the stores always maintain a healthy level of inventory through adequate stock replenishments, inter-store or inter-channel stock movements, and promo recommendations for the CMs.- Encode and reviews first Purchase Order in Microsoft Excel before uploading in SAP.
Prepare reports, and presentations using various Microsoft Office applications.
- Analyze Sales Data per SKU/Channel/Store/Area/Brand.
Create and present Sales Data Reports periodically to Brand Management and SalesDepartment.- Analyze Sales Data per SKU/Channel/Store/Area/Brand.
Review, control, and approve Purchase Order requests for additional allocation on all Sales Channels.
- Prepare reports, and presentations using various Microsoft Office applications.
Create and presentsperiodicfeedback reports on item.- Prepare sales, inventory, and forecast reports that are vital to the achievement of key performance indicators of each respective product line.
Monitor and ensure that the inventories are properly manage and will meet the target sell-through of each product line.
