What are the Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitor importation of products as to receiving and compare to payment made by the company, work closely with Senior accounting officer ,warehouse team and checker and maintain reports and analysis;
Conduct cycle counting/count sampling of inventory maintained in Quaipo and Pampangawarehouseseregularly and work withh the Warehouse teamfor reconciliationss andd closureeoff every activitys;- Conduct cycle counting/count sampling of inventory maintained in our partners (Consignment and concession) regularly and work with the Sel-out team to reconcile and close every activity;
Prepare monthly inventory reports to the Accounting Manager with trends and analysis on inventory turnover and levels;
- Ensure all inventory valuations and GL balances are accurate;
Point person as to the monitoring of COMPANY Fixed Asset.
Minimum of 1-3 years inventory management experience;- Intermediate to advanced computer skills utilizing MS Office Software, Strong tactical negotiation skills;
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent;
- Proficient in SAP Accounting Software is an advantage;
Can start ASAP;- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in San Miguel Manila near Malacanang and TIP Manila Campus.
