Qualifications and Competencies- College graduate with bachelor's degree
- At least 2-year work experience in warehousing and operations
- Computer Literate/ proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
To have an efficient and properly functioning business by Creating a structure with clearly defined rules, functions, scopes of authority and systems to make sure that the people are working together to accomplish what needs to be received & delivered & expected by the internal & external customers and to provide guidance to all employees by laying out the official reporting relationships that governs the workflow of the company. Also facilitates warehouse management audit in preparing warehouse operational requirement, warehouse process culture alignment, training, and transfer of knowledge. He/ She responsible to do error hunt on operations.
Responsible for the planning, leading, organizing and controlling of Stocks inside the warehouse terms of inventory both Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) align in the 7 parameters of inventory standard. Including implementation of 12 items Inventory Structure and 16th layers of Control during Wall-to-Wall Count
