Major FunctionAssistance and oversee the FSC Wide Inventory by providing and applying the company's practices and procedures, standardizing, benchmarking, monitoring and implementation of best practices to achieve the mandated
- 5% 1 cut and 99.98% 2 cut or better 100% Inventory Record Accuracy performance.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and utilization of Inventory Practices at Sites.
- Conduct an annual review (operational audit) on inventory practices and procedures to evaluate operational efficiency and efficacy.
- Prepare and reviews the performance of each Site specifically on Inventory related process.
- Support sites for their monthly Wall to Wall Count and other inventory-related processes.
- Monitor reports and compliance of sites for inventory-related reports.
- Lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis to find out the underlying cause of product variances.
- Performs related functions for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) compliance.
- Familiarize with the project study subject through interviews, gathering of reports, memos, and other relevant materials.
- Constant coordination with the site Inventory Team.
- Lead and assess special projects that will sustain and correct the Inventory practices.
- Sustain Inventory Practices to site through weekly reporting measures compliance through Service Level Agreement.
- Conduct training and on-site evaluation of Inventory controls and processes.
- Ensures the effectiveness and compliance of IRA automation to sites.
- Super user on different WMS (Aquila/SAP/Honeywell).
- Assist, conduct system audit and traceability on different WMS (Aquila/SAP/Honeywell).
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.
- Qualifications and Competencies:
- Professional Qualification
College graduate of any computer course, Industrial Engineering or other business-related course.
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate leadership capability (ie. takes initiative to lead self and others, led by example and follows through to completion often with minimal direction)
Ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritize work, and meet objectives/deadlines with strong organizational capability.
