Duties and Responsibilities: - Handling of inventory accounts. Reviews tagging of inventory analyst:
- Adjustment of insufficient inventory per location.
Validation of assembled/disassembled products.- Coordinates unusual ending inventory balances with proponents.
Finalization of monthly ending inventory.
- Reviews daily and monthly site (Terminal, Plant and Customer) and Consolidated Material Balance Report prepared by Inventory Analyst.
- Handling of Cost of Sales (COS) accounts
- Finalization of inventoriable costs to be closed to COS.
Validates Other Costs forming part of COS for the month.
o Transport costs
o Refilling costs- Post necessary COS entries and finalized monthly COS.
Preparation of COS Schedule for ITH computation.
- Review of segmentized and consolidated sales prepared by Inventory Analyst.
- Validation of price adjustments, credit memos and discounts granted to customers.
- Reviews Sariaya Transfer per site for ITH Computation prepared by Inventory Analyst.
- Monitoring and review of hauler loss claim per site.
- Monthly coordination meeting with Logistics, Technical and Sales to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintenance and update of inventory locations.
- Set-up of new location and bin code.
Closing of inactive locations.
- Attend to other duties as prescribed by the Controller.
- Qualifications:
Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance-related degree- At least 3 years experience in inventory.
With good communication skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency on MS Office application
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa
