More than 7 years of IM experience, especially in managing STA and LTA for EMEA region (experience in APAC and NA is a plus)
Experience in managing local / permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions, which is an advantage
More than 4 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday
Architect role experience in Assignment Pro is an advantage
More than 3 years of user experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool
Solid data analytic and reporting experience using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow
Policy orientation and counselling experience as well as process execution
Operational experience with respect to the global implementation of projects, including developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency
Solid stakeholder management for both internal and external contacts
Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering
