Qualifications:- SHS graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
Or college undergraduate (completed at least 2 years in college; no back subjects
) with 6 months of BPO experience

- Able to commute in Cebu City since this is an onsite work setup.
Maintains customer accounts by
recording and updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services
to management
by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.- Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results
as needed.
