JOB TITLE: TEAM LEADER

OFFER RATE: PHP 30,000 per month

Work Type: WFH/Remote, Full-time

Working Hours: Usually Arizona time (night shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic team leader who can drive results by overseeing and guiding a team of IT professionals to achieve our company and client's goal. In this role, you will provide direction, training, and leadership to motivate the team to excel. Your focus will be on fostering a cohesive team environment that maximizes the team's effectiveness.

To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of motivating teams and delivering positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with team members and customers alike. Additionally, you should be goal-oriented, receptive to feedback, flexible and adept at efficiently managing the team's day-to-day operations.

• Work closely with Client Satisfaction Managers and leadership team throughout the campaign development.
• Supports day-to-day operations, including but not limited to safety, productivity, quality, scheduling, timekeeping, performance, appropriate behavior, coaching, etc.
• Onboard new consultants by training them on company standards and procedures.
• Conducts coaching and appropriate training periodically through monitoring and discovering skills gaps.
• Tracks the performance of team members by conducting monthly performance reviews.
• Represent their CSM and assume their tasks, including but not limited to client billables, consultant's payroll hours and client communication as needed when CSM is on leave or unavailable.
• Submit end-of-day reports for their consultant's task and EOM attendance report for their respective team.
• Works independently on technical activities including but not limited to troubleshooting, DIA (download,install, activate),reformatting and updating without direct supervision.
