In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in the estimation and tender preparation processes for service contracts across Australia. As an Internal Service Sales Estimator, you'll work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.

• Estimate Preparation: Create accurate estimates and practical solutions to help secure service contracts across Australia.
  
• Tender Preparation: Prepare complete estimates and tenders for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Sales team to align on service contracts and national tenders.
  
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on materials, subcontractor bids, labor, and other costs to ensure accurate project estimates.
  
• Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals and bids to meet all client requirements.
  
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather data on labor, materials, and equipment for estimates.
  
• Cost Tracking: Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project, adjusting for any changes or unexpected issues.
  
• Contract Administration: Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, handling amendments, renewals, and other contract needs.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, contracts, and related documents.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends, material costs, and new technologies to improve estimating accuracy.
  
• Inbox Management: Manage the National Service Sales inbox to ensure timely communication.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
