Jobs Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing across channels, interviews, and job offer extensions.
- Collaborate with line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and develop talent pipelines for key roles.
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Conduct recruitment data analysis to provide market insights and support decision-making for line managers and HRBPs.
Requirements

- Minimum Degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, or its relevant field
