Job Description:- Perform operational, financial, systems and other internal audit function
Perform general account analysis and reconciliation including inventory, bank statements, fixed assets, expenses and other accounts or projects requested by the Management- Assist the finance team in financial and other incidental reports preparation
Maintenance of various spreadsheets to support financial transactions and analysis of various accounts
- Analysis of organizational processes, evaluation and documentation of internal control procedures and preparation of audit reports
Takes on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses.- Work experience specializing in Auditing, General Accounting or Taxation
Advance excel software skills and proficient in various accounting software or ERP/SAP system
- Knowledge and experience in BIR Tax regulations and various government reporting compliance
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
- Able to demonstrate attention to details and good record-keeping, documentation and audit substantiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can clearly communicate issues to all levels of management- Team player and can work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
Physically fit to do fieldwork
