• Key Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable overall for the internal audit function of the company.

• Develops and recommends for approval an internal audit program/ schedule for compliance audits vs. company policies, documented process flows and operational procedures.

Designs, develops and recommends a comprehensive audit findings report format/ template for use by the internal auditors.

• Assigns audit assignments to internal auditors based on the approved audit schedule.

Reviews the audit findings report prepared by the internal auditors; verifies, if necessary, the facts presented in the audit findings.

• Discussed the audit findings with the Chairman of the EXECOM, along with the recommendations, proposals and timetable for corrective actions on the internal control deficiencies in the audit report.

• Qualifications:

College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, from a reputable university

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Possesses at least 10 years experience in Audit, or an industry engaged in a manufacturing environment. With at least 3 years experience as Internal Audit Manager, or at least 5 years in a supervisory level

• Experienced in preparation and execution of audit plans

Honest, of high integrity and good moral character

• Well-organized, conscientious and meticulous with details, and strict with meeting agreed deadlines

Flexible; willing to work extended hours to to fulfill or accomplish duties or tasks

• Can drive and with a valid Driver's License

Proficient in using MS Office applications and computerized accounting systems.
