Fresh Graduate Program
Darwinbox SEA Fresh Graduate program is our flagship program which will provide young minds an opportunity to grow with a real challenging work environment. This program will give 6 months of paid internship opportunity with full guidance and mentorship from our leaders in handling live business projects and client interaction.

Requirements
Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates
Understanding of Technology systems would be an advantage.
Passionate and have a high interest in HR and Technology
Good communication skills (Especially English) and problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of statistical concepts and business principles
Proficient in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Assist in HRIS Implementation Projects:
Support the HR transformation process of Darwinbox products with clients.
Assist in configuring the implementation of Darwinbox products.
Help in documenting business processes and user requirements.
- Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs.
Assist in preparing solution designs and presentations for client demonstrations.
Assist in preparing reports on project outcomes.
- Documentation:
Assist in creating detailed process maps and documentation.
Assist the after Go-Live team with handover documentation.
Help in identifying and documenting the benefits of implementing Darwinbox HRMS.
- Coordination and Client Support:
Work closely with the development team and senior consultants to understand change requests.
Assist clients through the change management process, manage expectations and communicate progress.
- Meeting Support:
Help organize and participate in meetings and working sessions.
Take notes and follow up on action items.
- Training Support:
Assist in providing training sessions for key users.
Support clients in understanding and using the Darwinbox system for their HR and HCM business process.
