About the Role

Our ASX-listed client is looking for an on-site full-time Accounts Payable (AP) Officer who can surpass expectations and aid clients in reaching their business aspirations. This role will potentially be placed on hybrid setup on the later part of the employment.

Job Description

  • Daily Recording of Supplier Invoices
  • Process supplier invoices received through a specific email system, ensuring they are sent to SAP for processing.
  • Manually enter or forward invoices received via general email addresses to the agent email.
  • Allocate invoices to the correct entities, GL accounts, and currencies.
  • Weekly Preparation of Payment Files:
  • Prepare payment files according to due dates for approval for each entity.
  • Recording of Corporate Credit Card Transactions
  • Allocation of Payments to Supplier Accounts
  • Allocation of Cash Receipts to Debtor Accounts

About You

  • Passionate about accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Superior communication and problem-solving skills for navigating complex financial data, ensuring smooth operations in accounts receivable and payable.
  • Driven by the impact on maintaining an organizations financial health, aiming for precision and reliability.
  • Agile and open to new ways of thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, eager to find solutions.
  • Serious about work but collaborative and positive in a team atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an AP/AR Officer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
  • Experience supporting AU, US, or international clients (preferred).
  • Amenable to work on a 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule and report on-site on the initial phase of the employment.
  • Preference to those who are available for an immediate start.
