Job Responsibilities
- To conceptualize and plan the in-house Interior Design as necessary in coordination with the Marketing Team for Model Houses, Sales Pavilion, and other offices/structures in accordance with the applicable project themes and designs.
- To evaluate, recommend and outsource external consultants, contractors, and suppliers for different interior fit-out projects.
- To ensure the timely and quality execution of all Interior Designs/Fit-out projects approved for implementation.
- To conduct market scanning on ID Fit-out trends and source out appropriate and innovative material specifications and alternatives.
Job Requirements
- Should be a Licensed Interior Designer
- With at least 2-3 years of Interior design conceptualization experience, Fit-out Construction works, preferably in the real estate and hotel industry.
- Proficient in Architectural Programs and Software (i.e., Autocad, Lumion, Photoshop, Primavera)
- Strong supervisory skills and keen to details.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Willing to report in Muntinlupa City.
