• Job Summary:

We are actively looking for an immediate joiner to fill the role of a skilled CAD Interior Designer with a proven track record of over 5 years in the industry. The ideal candidate should boast a solid background in interior design and possess advanced proficiency in a variety of CAD software. As the CAD Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing intricate technical drawings and plans, fostering seamless collaboration within the design team (Dubai Office), and overseeing the successful execution of projects from initial concept to final completion.

• Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced CAD software to develop detailed interior design plans, ensuring strict adherence to project requirements and specifications.

• Cultivate a collaborative environment within the design team to conceptualize and craft innovative interior design solutions that align with both client expectations and industry standards.

Generate precise and comprehensive technical drawings, including detailed floor plans, and elevations.

• Conduct thorough research on materials, finishes, and fixtures, integrating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing elements into design plans.

Provide expert guidance on space planning, lighting, and color coordination to elevate the overall design concept.

• Review and refine designs based on valuable feedback and recommendations from the design team.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

• Ensure stringent adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards throughout the design and implementation process.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design..

• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years working as a CAD Interior Designer in the interior design industry.

Expertise in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, along with proficiency in other relevant design software.

• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design and construction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining acute attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and functional design solutions.

• A portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects will be considered a strong advantage.
