Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, exceptional technical skills, and extensive experience managing complex design projects. As a Licensed Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget.
Develop comprehensive design concepts and present them through sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
Create detailed interior plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
Specify and source materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Prepare and manage project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct site visits to ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technology.
Lead and mentor junior designers and support staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Must hold a valid interior design license.
Minimum of [5] years of professional experience in interior design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
