The Purpose of this role is to collaborate with the architectural teams within the organization and to establish a design direction that aligns with the client's preference and the project requirements. This role aims to provide expert design advice to enhance the overall quality, layout, and functionality of spatial environments while simultaneously analyzing and recommending appropriate materials and FF&E specifications.
- Collaboration with architectural, interior design teams, and external consultants is crucial to ensure the seamless execution of the agreed-upon vision.
Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and brand identity.- Research and analyze of design options through modelling and sketching.
Documentation of materials and furnishing specifications.
- Research for new interior design related sources and closely coordinate with materials and furnishing suppliers.
Develop and propose potential solutions to meet or exceed client expectations. Guide the project team through the creative decision-making process and provide alternative solutions if there are changes to project parameters- Lead and provide direction and technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of interior design practices, materials and FF&E sourcing.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects- Minimum 10 years experience architecture design with Interior Design experience
Knowledgeable in building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Registered Architect or a Licensed Interior Designer with demonstrable experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages
