Interior Design Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:

1) Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments;

2) Reviews the following documents:

• Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;
• Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed
• Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;
• Necessary document attachments of consultant's progress billings;
• Proposals/contracts

3) Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant

for accuracy and completeness;

4) Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant;

5) Manages ID consultant's timeliness in providing design deliverables;

6) Participates in interior design standardization efforts;

7) Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Interior Designer
• 4 Years or more work experience in a Project/Design Management field
• With leadership experience handling 1 or more designer/s
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
• Strength in Design Management, plan review and coordination
• Highly organized with eye for detail
• Good presentation skills.
