Remote VA seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design software, experience with various design plans, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Design Software: Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience with RCP Plans: Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design
- Furniture Planning Skills: Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications
- Wall Decoration and Detailing: Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations
- Knowledge of Schedules: Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements
Requirements:
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs)
- Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans
- Strong skills in wall decoration and detailing
- Capability to create accurate and detailed schedules
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Working Schedule
- Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
- Work from home
