Be part of our client's team as an Integration Engineer, where you'll drive seamless data integration. You'll create workflows, troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure client data flows smoothly. Use your skills in SQL, ETL, and scripting to deliver high-quality, efficient integration solutions.

• Create manual and automated workflows and procedures to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the data integration lifecycle.
  
• Contribute to the creation of technical documents for internal knowledge sharing.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot various interfaces and interface engines.
  
• Deliver high-quality work products within predictable timeframes.
  
• Create and maintain a robust library of ETL rulesets for integrating with Electronic Records Management (EMR) systems.
  
• Ensure client messages flow smoothly by evaluating issues, determining severity, identifying the cause of any blockage, and resolving issues causing the blockage.
  
• Determine data issues through filtering and scripting, define the cause of the issue, provide solutions to resolve data defects, and write scripts to correct historical records based on the determined solution.
  

Requirements

Qualifications: The Right Mix for Integration Success!

• 1-3 years of experience working with SQL across a range of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), including the ability to discover tables, columns, and joins.
  
• 1-3 years of experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, technologies, and automation.
  
• Working knowledge of XML technologies, including XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
  
• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot issues.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript and object-oriented programming for data validation and transformation.
  
• Basic understanding of unit and integration testing.
  
• Familiarity with Mirth or other ETL tools (e.g., Cloverleaf, Corepoint, BizTalk, SSIS).
  
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Experience with process optimization.
  
• Comfort with complex SQL select queries, including functionality like aggregation functions, windowing functions, and multi-column joins.
  
• Familiarity with best practices for SQL insert/update development, including transaction commit/rollback, limiting row sets, and temporary table use.
  
• Practice with a scripting language, including organized design, string manipulation, looping, and conditional logic.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with client-facing teams.

• Skill in breaking down complex problems into small, solvable components.
  
• Ability to interpret client requests into focused processes and organize these processes into efficient and effective workflow steps.
