Intake Specialist

Remote/USA/EST

Tasks Required

  • Handle day-to-day client communications via incoming and outgoing telephone calls in USA
  • Promote benefits of retaining firm
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support
  • Maintain client records by updating electronic files

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience in USA/EST timezone
  • Experience using intake software
  • Ability to maintain positivity and empathy
  • Proven work experience in customer/client relations
  • Working knowledge of relevant programs, i.e., Microsoft, Ring Central, etc.
  • Ability and desire to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-disciplined/organized
  • Ability to consistently produce quality work with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Dual monitors
