The purpose driven career objectives of a Compliance Officer at KMC:
The Compliance Manager is a supervisory function in the company and help to develop structures within the organization. He/She is expected to work together with the whole Compliance team in pursuit of a common goal. It is expected that he/she is capable of efficiently perform his/her assigned tasks and able to help the legal and compliance team to achieve the overall department objective/s. He/She must ensure that the Company is 100% compliant with ALL relevant agencies and its rules and regulations, guidelines & standard to avoid and mitigate Risk & unnecessary compliance exposures
To apply for Legal / Compliance, you are excellent at:
- In-charge to manage the Regulatory, Risk and Incentives management division.
- Ensure overall compliance of all KMC and APEX companies with the IPA agencies.
- Ensure consistency of process documentation and IPA requirements.
- Formulate compliance policies and updated processes as necessary.
- Ensure that the records management and retention management are observed.
- In-charge of the review and evaluation of the officers based on the Legal & compliance objectives, KRA and KPIs.
- In-charge to nominate the dept/division representative for the movement, awards or career certification for the compliance team members.
- Ensure that the organization maintains its compliance with the ISO and other relevant certifications.
- In-charge of the department budget review and monitoring.
- Prepares the high level monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting.
- Conduct a high-level review of the reports and documents related to Incentives Management application.
- Conduct a semi-annual review of the risk management issues affecting the organization.
- Implement any improvement on the processes and the teams KPI as necessary.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the compliance department.
- Conduct a roadshow presentation or training to different departments in the organization to ensure all business operations are in line with the business policies.
- Update the compliance structure applicable to the organization.
- Ensure latest compliance applicable to the organization is timely cascaded through a memo to all stakeholders.
- Help to design control systems to address cases of violation in the business processes.
- Conduct a regular gap analysis report for the regulatory and incentives management division and help to develop a risk management strategy.
- Represent in the internal and external meetings.
