Job Description

The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Marketing (Digital/Traditional) at KMC:

We are in search of a talented and dedicated Content Curator to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our content strategy, crafting SEO-optimized content, managing outsourced writing teams, and playing a key role in public relations and award submissions.

To apply for Marketing (Digital/Traditional), you are excellent at:

  • SEO Content Creation:
    • Develop and produce content optimized for search engines, aiming to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
    • Structuring Outsourced Content: Design and oversee the structure of SEO-driven content for outsourced writers, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and messaging standards.
  • Outsourced Writer Management:
    • Supervise outsourced content creators, providing feedback, editing suggestions, and maintaining high-quality content standards.
  • Copywriting:
    • Create persuasive, engaging copy across various platforms that effectively converts and captivates the audience.
  • Social Media Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive messaging strategy across all digital platforms.
  • Award Entries Writing:
    • Craft compelling entries for various award categories, showcasing the company's achievements and unique qualities.
  • PR Communications Management:
    • Coordinate with outsourced PR teams to oversee public relations communications, including crafting press releases, managing media interactions, and upholding a positive public image.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with graphic designers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to integrate written content with visual elements.
    • Collaborate with experts, vendors, freelancers and team members to gather information and insights for content creation or outsourced contents.
  • Editing and Proofreading:
    • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Conduct thorough proofreading to identify and correct grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
  • Research and Planning:
    • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars that align with marketing objectives.
  • AI Tools Utilization:
    • Effectively use AI tools to enhance content creation and optimization processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in content writing and curation, with a diverse portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge and application of SEO principles in content development.
  • Experience in managing outsourced writers and PR teams.
  • Skilled in writing award submissions and handling PR communications.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling copy.
  • Knowledge of social media strategies and collaboration techniques.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools for content enhancement.
