LOCATION: Eastwood, Libis Quezon City
  • SALARY: Php27,000 - 33,000 + Benefits
WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing customer service and administrative duties.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
Insurance processing, endorsements, renewals, cancellations
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Manage inbound/outbound calls
  • Outlook calendar management and scheduling
Domestic and international travel coordination
  • Business communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)
Event planning and coordination
  • Report generating and preparation
Document management
  • Data entry/processing
Presentation creation/editing
  • Perform administrative support functions
Other related duties may also be assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate
  • Must be able to commute to and function efficiently in a call center environment.
BPO / Call center experience preferred
  • Physically able to work night shift
Applicants must be living around Eastwood Libis Q.C or nearby cities wherein transportation/attendance is NOT an issue when we go back to Office-Based setup
  • Insurance experience is an advantage
Willing to learn
  • With stable internet connection (at least 20 mbps)

Life Insurance for both principal and dependent
  • Government mandated benefits
Performance Bonus
  • Differentials will be paid for night shift and Philippine holiday work time.
Meal, utility and transportation allowance
  • Philippine labor/overtime laws will be followed (if OT required)
12 days VL and 10 SL credits per annum
  • Monday - Friday work schedule. Weekends off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,
  • 00 - Php33,000.00 per month
