Insurance VA (Florida)

We are looking for an experienced insurance VA to join our insurance brokerage company. This position is a permanent work from home role. To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

- have 2+ years of experience in supporting an insurance agency/brokerage in the US;

- have experience in working with insurance companies in the state of Florida;

- have knowledge of Citizen's insurance company and their portal;

- be fluent in English, confident talking to customers, and be honest and reliable;

- have a fully equipped home office, including internet and power back ups.
