Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Experience in processing insurance applications of potential clients.

2. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Able to write emails well

4. Tech-savvy

5. With knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation.

7. Experience in Insurance Quotation.

8. Knowledge in P&C , P&L insurance and Umbrella insurance.

9. Processing new and renewal of insurance policies.

10. Experience in issuance of Certificates of Insurance

11. Experience in using software such as Hawksoft, Epic, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage email communications, including drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and organizing documentation.

2. Create and maintain spreadsheets, such as Statement of Values (SOVs), using Excel to track and organize property information.

3. Conduct phone calls to clients as needed, including following up on payment statuses, recommendations, or required documents.

4. Ensure effective and professional communication with clients, maintaining a high standard of English proficiency.

5. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information by company policies.
