  • Responsibilities:
  • Credentialing Management:
Coordinate the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collect and review provider credentialing applications, verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
Liaise with external agencies, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary credentialing documentation.
  • Monitor the status of credentialing applications, track progress, and follow up as needed to expedite the process.
  • Onboarding Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new providers during the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including HR, IT, and operations, to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new providers.
Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new providers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to succeed.
  • Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized database or tracking system for easy access to provider information.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive provider information
  • Requirements
1+ years of experience working on projects in a startup or healthcare environment required
English Proficiency: C1 or higher Recruitment experience, assisting new hires from onboarding
  • Proven capacity to learn new technologies for maximum project success
Ability to construct effective emails giving clients and internal stakeholders all necessary background and project updates
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-energy, high-expectations environment
Excellent written and spoken communication
  • An energetic, mature, positive attitude that works well independently and with a team.
Proven track record of taking initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, while staying organized and efficient
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work following US shifting hours (night shift)
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our
Makati or BGC office 4 days a week
