- Credentialing Management:
Coordinate the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collect and review provider credentialing applications, verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
Liaise with external agencies, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary credentialing documentation.- Monitor the status of credentialing applications, track progress, and follow up as needed to expedite the process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new providers during the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as needed.- Collaborate with various internal departments, including HR, IT, and operations, to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new providers.
Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new providers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to succeed.
- Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Develop and maintain a centralized database or tracking system for easy access to provider information.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive provider information
1+ years of experience working on projects in a startup or healthcare environment required
English Proficiency: C1 or higher
Recruitment experience, assisting new hires from onboarding
- Proven capacity to learn new technologies for maximum project success
Ability to construct effective emails giving clients and internal stakeholders all necessary background and project updates- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-energy, high-expectations environment
Excellent written and spoken communication
- An energetic, mature, positive attitude that works well independently and with a team.
Proven track record of taking initiative.- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, while staying organized and efficient
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work following US shifting hours (night shift)
- Must be amenable to reporting to our
Makati or BGC office 4 days a week
