Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming vehicle with prepared repair order.- Performs check listing of vehicles for repair and painting.
Follows up availability parts from parts department and other parts suppliers.
- Awards jobs to bodyworks and painting contractors if any.
Ensures that customer participation in payment must be settled prior to release the vehicle to customers.- Performs quality control check on all body repaired and repainted vehicles.
Promptly submits Service Invoices and other documents to Insurance Companies and Finance Department upon completion of the repair.
- Regularly follow up & Collects payment from the insurance companies.
Ensures that all insurance claims should be processed.- Handles garbage disposal, waste disposal, replaced parts/scrap disposal and various insurance salvaged parts disposal.
Prepares and submits to the Service Head the progress report, customer's vehicle status and repair update weekly.
- Maintains and updates files of tinsmith and paint contractors if any.
Conducts after service follow up call to ensure customer satisfaction.- Handles Insurance claims inquiries from time to time.
Act as Service Advisor reliever.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
Must have at least two years of solid experience in the same industry.- Experience in an motor insurance or any equivalent is an advantage
Knowledgeable with office and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
* Must be customer oriented.
- Possesses a valid professional driver's license.
