As the Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences for our employees and clients. This role involves creating, designing and delivering engaging and effective learning materials, courses and programs that empower our employees and client to succeed in their roles and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences. This includes working with subject matter expert to identify training needs, developing instructional materials and evaluating the effectiveness of learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in instructional design and related roles.
- Proved experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Adept at using assessment tools and 360-degree feedback instruments.
- Proficiency in Articulate360 (Storyline and Rise) authoring tools.
- Familiarity with multimedia development (audio, video, graphics).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Additional Desired Skills
- Knowledge of the CXaaS industry
- Experience with virtual and remote instructional design
- Experience in data analytics for assessing training effectiveness
- Certification in instructional design
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- At least 3 years of related working experience in a BPO setting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in instructional design or a related, with at least 6 months as Associate Instructional Designer
- Proficiency in Articulate360 (Storyline and Rise) authoring tools.
- Good track record of meeting and delivering targets
- Can articulate self well with peers, subordinates, superiors and clients
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and LMS tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
