Job Description

We are seeking talented and passionate Instructional Designer who excel at creating engaging and impactful learning experiences using Adobe Creative Cloud and modern AI tools. He/She will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience for Rhenus employees, ensuring the effective implementation of digital, particularly audiovisual, learning materials.

Responsibilities:

Act as a central point of contact for Personnel developers and in-house educators, providing guidance on the production and delivery of digital, audiovisual learning materials.

Develop, test, and create engaging learning content, ensuring effective project time and budget planning.

Provide services for media production and delivery, including consultations on learning videos and training on relevant equipment and software.
Lead projects related to the enhancement of digital learning experiences, taking responsibility for their execution and integration into ongoing services.
Collaborate closely with departments, instructors, and external partners to contribute to the development of effective learning programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in media education, media pedagogy, media design, or a related field. Further education in media didactic is desirable;

Must have at least 3 years experience in instructional design or a related field;

With previous experience as an E-Learning Specialist with a focus on designing and developing digital learning formats;
Proficiency with learning management systems, video editing software and authoring tools;
Expertise in utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud tools;

Strong project management skills and a structured work approach;

Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation;
Fluent in English (C1).
Online portfolio showcasing your work is advantageous but not required;
