Content Development

• Curriculum Development: Ability to design comprehensive learning paths and course structures that align with learner needs and organisational goals.
• Storyboarding: Skill in creating blueprints for learning modules, ensuring clarity and flow of content.
• Writing and Editing: Strong written communication to develop clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.

Project Management

• Time Management: Effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Collaboration: Working with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather content and ensure alignment with goals.

Research and Continuous Learning

Qualifications:

Technology Proficiency

• Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas for course delivery, tracking, and reporting.
• Multimedia Production: Competence in using video editing, graphic design, and animation tools to enhance learning materials.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
