This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer at Alexium. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning systems, and curriculum development. The role will also involve collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective learning experiences.
Experience in needs analysis and instructional design- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to determine learning requirements and objectives.
Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.- Proficiency in training and development
Expertise in curriculum development
- Collaboration and communication skills
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week), enabling you to work from any location worldwide. Please note, we are a Melbourne-based company and would like you to be available around AEST 9am-5pm each working day from Monday to Friday in order to accommodate scheduled online meetings with your manager and team.
