In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, leveraging multimedia elements and technology tools to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
- Develop comprehensive curriculum outlines and learning pathways that cater to diverse learner needs, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning journey.
- Conduct rigorous needs analyses and performance evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in learning outcomes.
- Harness the power of educational technologies and learning management systems to deliver dynamic and scalable learning experiences across various platforms.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of instructional materials through rigorous reviews, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints and stakeholder expectations.
- Foster collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to leverage diverse perspectives and expertise in the instructional design process.
- Provide training and support to trainers and learners on the effective use of instructional materials and technology tools, empowering them to maximize learning outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and best practices in educational psychology.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (i.e., Articulate 360), multimedia production software (e.g., Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Genially, etc.), and emerging educational technologies.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to design innovative solutions that address diverse learning needs and challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
- Meticulous attention to detail in instructional design, content development, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving business needs, technologies, and learning methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate 360, Canva, Genially) and at least one Learning Management System
- Multimedia design skills (Vyond, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts, and storyboards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, OR, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology in a corporate or academic setting.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive measurable results and enhance organizational performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design methodologies, learning management systems, authoring tools, and multimedia production software.
