Job Description- Follow troubleshooting guidelines and refer to technical/parts manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, in order to diagnose & repair equipment or systems.
- Reads work order form and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.
- Reads building, electrical and blueprints as required.
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding, working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings.
- Responsible for reading and understanding assigned project documentation and work orders including scope of work for inspections, and determine if additional information is needed.
- Complete all necessary paperwork (physical and digital), including work orders, service orders, and customer agreements.
- Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms.
- Identify equipment shortages and excess material for disposition.
- Ensure good communication with superiors, especially regarding significant issues and events.
Qualifications:
- Must have Vocational Course Degree or High School Graduate with Trainings
- Must have at least 1-year experience in installation of Telecom equipment such as Genset, Rectifier and Battery
- Must be amenable to travel/ site deployment
- Must be able to respond to emergency repairs as needed
- Preferably amenable to drive 4-wheels vehicle and with valid Driver's License
