Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of accredited installation contractors in project sales installation requirements to meet customer satisfaction
Conducts preliminary installation project site inspection, evaluates customer floor plan, and checks readiness for installation in coordination with the Project Engineer and end-user.- Prepares installation cost including labor and materials for client's approval.
Prepares installation timetable for approval of the client.
- Monitors installation performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitors progress of on-going installation projects.- Coordinates with clients and Project Engineers on the proper use and maintenance of Puyat Flooring products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must have excellent working knowledge of finishing works. Exposure in flooring installation is an added advantage.
- Must have excellent leadership quality, self-starter, aggressive, resourceful, and with good interpersonal skills.
With excellent oral and written communication skills.- With good project management skills, preparation of estimates and interpreting technical drawings
Hardworking and willing to work long hours
