Installation Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Estimate the Installation Cost (Material & Labor)
  

• Estimate Local Fab, Plumbing, Imported & Refrigeration Materials.
  

• Creates the Standard Kits (Local, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas, Refrigeration) in File Maker System for Installation of Projects
  

• Provide and Process the Request of Engineer (Tools & Materials) during the installation.
  

• Process the Inventory Kit, Assembly Kit, ORA (Installation Kit, Materials) and Gatepass (Tools) in File maker and make sure that DR & Gatepass will be provided before the end of the day.
  
  We also Coordinate to Warehouse team for the material & tool requests,
  

• Return the Tools and Excess Materials in the End of projects.
  

• Create Return Inventory Request for the Excess materials of projects.
  

• Coordination with Project Engineer, MEPFS & Docs Engr. with regards to Project concern before, during and after the projects.
  

• Safekeeping of Installation Reports of all projects.
  

• Monitors the Material Estimated vs. the actual release per projects.
  

• Support of the Engineers before and during the installation
  

• Ask approval and assistance to Project Manager , Supervisor & Engineering Manager
  

• Other task to be assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
  
  Pay: Php16,900.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
